Dept Store Figure
It's quickly becoming apparent that Marx Canada would initially get a shipment of US figures and put them in very generic brown cardboard mailer boxes. Probably until they could start their own production.
It's likely that the first Canadian Jane came in a department store mailer box. This box was likely used throughout the years in Canada, therefore, you will find many different color combinations of Jane and her accessories in this box.
Jane West - 2nd issue
The second Canadian Jane came in a English language Vargas box with the inscription "instructions en français à l'intèrieur", on both sides. She was turquoise and usually came with cream soft and dark brown hard accessories.
However, some Taupe or Dark Brown soft sets have been found in these boxes.
Jane West - 3rd issue
The third issue of Jane came in a "in mod colors" English Vargas style box. This Maroon bodied Jane all came with silver and pink accessories.
Jane West - 4th issue
The fourth issue of Jane also came in a Vargas style box but now it was bilingual. This Maroon bodied Jane all came with silver and pink accessories.
Jane West - 5th issue
The Fifth Canadian Jane came in a 2 sided bilingual Vargas box. This was the 'transition' box for Jane. Reported figures include Maroon with pink soft and silver hard accessories, turquoise with pink soft and silver hard accessories or turquoise with cream soft and dark brown hard accessories. This edition Jane likey overlapped the last (BOTW) box / accessory design.
This box picture is the French side, the obverse is the same as the US english version.
6th Canadian issue
The BOTW Jane was the last to hit Canadian store shelves.
-It seems that in early production of these figures, a few odd colors were used with regular Jane. Bruno has some dark brown, taupe and mocca pieces.
There also appears to be a red bodied Jane and a green bodied Jane in existance with some ties to Canada. Nothing confirmed so these may be test shots or from some other country.
Jane's Accessories are the same as the US ones.
Color variations known to exist are Cream, Blue, Pink, Bronze, Dark Brown, Taupe, Red and maybe others.
