Measuring up to 8" long, these true-to-life miniatures are molded of sturdy poly in O.D. color. Items include pistol and holster, helmets, field pack, grenades, machine gun, M-1, carbine, mess kit, etc. All items secured to heavy-colorful cards

(3) No. 2057 STONY SMITH FIELD SET
In an attractive gift box set Marx has issued all necessary equipment to Stony for field maneuvers. The 11 1/4" figure has movable neck, shoulders, wrists and hips and is molded of solid poly plastic. His personal gear includes hats and a helmet, mess kit and canteen, field pack, belt, tools, a walkie talkie and binoculars. His firearms include a rifle, a B.A.R., grenades and a .45 pistol. His encampment equipment includes a 3" x 5" foot-locker, a set up tent, poncho and a parachute pack. All issue items are molded in detail of O.D. poly plastic. The entire set is packed in a 23" x 14" x 3" shrink packed display box. 3 sets to a shipper. Weight 10 lbs.

     Author's Comments: No known examples of this boxed set exist... Did they really sell it like this? Or did this become the Stony Sky Commando set?
